Outside my window…
The beautiful campus in the dessert!


I am thinking…
Of God's goodness! Our God is AWESOME!


I am thankful…
For a job, great roommates, friends, & preaching.


I am wearing...
Lime green suit. :-)


I am reading…
The Holy Bible:Proverbs, John, various places;
"Changed Into His Image" by Jim Berg
"The Discipled Life" by Richard S. Taylor
:To Seek and To Save" by Paul Chappell


I am creating…
My book, Falling In Love With Jesus.
Digital photo album for my best friend.


One of my favorite things…
The chef's cooking here! He's great!
(but nothing beat's mama's!! :-)


For education this week…
Old testament Survey, English, Biology,
Microcomputer skills, Christian Womanhood,
Freshman speech, Collegiate Life, and College choir.


A keeper at home skill I am learning/using...
Getting up early to make it in time for breakfast!!


A spiritual lesson I'm learning...
Not to lean on my own understanding and ideas,
but to fully trust in the LORD and He will direct my paths!


A godly character trait I plan to work on…
Meekness.


Scripture I am memorizing…
"But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished,
bringeth forth death" James 1:14-15


I'm praying for…
Financial provision through college;
Him to reveal His perfect will and help me trust in Him;
His strength (physically and spiritually);
My friends seeking for jobs; For many students to teach.


For the rest of the week…
First day of classes tomorrow;
water park day Tuesday;
chapel every day (woo hoo!!!);
enemble and piano auditions on Wednesday,
possibly teaching my first lesson on Thursday,
spend time with my wonderful Savior;
and whatever else the Lord sees fit to send my way.
