Count It All Joy...

Below is a song
that is in a book that we own
from The Wilds.
The Lord has been showing me how
He uses trials to bring us closer to Him.
The words to this song
speak to my heart in a special way
.

Count It All Joy

When the ways of God
unequal seem to be,
And the trials He sends
appear too hard for thee,
He has promised you His wisdom
shall be given lib'rally:
If you ask in faith with patience,
soon His purpose you shall see.

(Chorus)

Count it all joy
when darkness clouds the path you've trod.
Trust in His Word
that the secret things belong to the Lord our God.
Count it all joy
and for the crown of life endure.
Let you patience make you
perfect and complete in all His will,
And the grace of God employ
to count it all joy.

As with Job,
the Lord doth often hid His face;
Still He's faithful
to provide a secret place
To escape from each temptation
thru His all sufficient grace,
So rejoice in tribulation,
and your trial now embrace.

(Chorus)
Count it all joy
when darkness clouds the path you've trod.
Trust in His Word
that the secret things belong to the Lord our God.
Count it all joy
and for the crown of life endure.
Let you patience make you
perfect and complete in all His will,
And the grace of God employ
to count it all joy.

Hi Alexandra, I just found your blog when reading some of your mother's lovely posts. I just want you to know what an encouragement you are to me! I especially like what you wrote about yourself being a "Christ-loving maiden," and how you spoke of your parents and siblings. May you continue to shine brightly for Jesus! I look forward to reading more from you and thank you for being a role model for my little girls too.

Hello Ally,
Long time,no comment(meaning me!!!
I just wanted to say 'hi' and let you know that you encouraged me with your May 18, post. On dating and all. Well, I turned 13 yesterday, and I started praying for the Lord to send me the right mate if it's his will for me to get married. So, I just wanted to let you know,
Love you,

Ally,
Hi! I hope you are feeling good. I've been praying for you, and I hope you are also growing in the Lord.
I recently just got "Before You Meet Prince Charming," and Ally, you don't know how much the Lord spoke to my heart while reading the book. I'm planning to take notes and post them on my blog.
I just thought I'd leave you a comment to let you know that I'm thinking of you. And I haven't forgotten you. Here is the link (or whatever you want to call it) to my blog:) www.homeschoolblogger.com/skye
